PETERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Colo. -- Airman 1st Class Jason Seeton, 21st Security Forces Squadron, is relieved of his post by Senior Airman Honore Melton, 21st SFS, during a changing of the guard ceremony at the Peterson Air and Space Museum flag pole May 14. As a part of national police week, the 21st SFS conducted the changing of the guard ceremony from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. to honor security forces members who have been killed in action since 9/11. After the changing of the guard, a vigil was held in remembrance of the fallen security forces Airmen during which each name was recited followed by the ringing of a bell and releasing a balloon.
