The 21st Space Wwing Commander Col. Jay Raymond talks to the Airmen and civilian team members prior to the physical portion of Oct. 10's Wingman Day. Col. The Air Force established the Wingman program to encourage Airmen and their families to look out for each other and to intervene when signs of stress are observed.
